Às vezes eu acho que seria melhor se esses broncos imbecis tomassem logo o controle dos EUA e pulverizassem de uma vez a economia e o capital intelectual do país. O mundo teria uns 10, 20 anos de merda, mas se recuperaria. E a vantagem seria não ter mais esses cretinos como uma força relevante.

Os EUA é o que é graças ao dinheiro, nem eles seriam tão burros de fazer algo assim. Além do mais, O Reagan eo Bush vieram desse mesmo caldo ideológico e dosam muito bem seus passos para equilibrar suas crenças e os acordos internacionais.
A Rússia acaba de invadir uma parte da Geórgia e as Olímpiadas estão sendo feitas em um país comunista,  o que fizeram os EUA? Apenas pediram a estes dois países mais moderação e respeito aos direitos humanos.
Cade a invasão (ops, desculpe, onde esta escrito invasão leia-se: levar a democracia) para salvar as pessoas destes países? Cade o embargo econômico? Cade o boicote?
Religião é boa para manter o povo calado e sem pensar muito.

Estou sentindo uma raiva grande dos EUA? Ainda que com muitos presidentes idiotas (e outros excelentes), não vejo os EUA piores do que qualquer outro país, vocês vêem assim?

Não era minha intenção algo tão agressivo, mas lembrei que o Talebã e o Saddan já foram aliados dos americanos um dia. Mais ou menos uns dois anos antes do 11 de setembro, a Globo veiculou a mensagem de um monge alertando sobre a destruição de duas estátuas gigantes de Buda pelos talebãs. Era praxe da emissora, não sei se ainda o é, colocar representantes de diferentes religiões para transmitir alguma mensagem antes do início da programação.
Este monge alertava (sim, é este o termo) sobre os riscos do fundamentalismo religioso e não entendia porque a pouca importância dada pelos governos a este evento. Além do mais, pelo que me lembro, ele receava que o regime podia vir a crescer e causar uma crise de grandes proporções no oriente médio.
Lendo as frases de cunho religioso lembrei destes fatos e pensei na grande hipocrisia dos que clamam a Deus perante os seus pares, mas andam de mãos dadas com o Diabo.
