MOSCOW - A Russian astrologer is suing NASA for crashing a probe into a comet.

Marina Bai's suit says the Deep Impact probe that punched a crater into the comet Tempel 1 on Monday "ruins the natural balance of forces in the universe," the newspaper Izvestia reported Tuesday.

Scientists say the crash did not significantly alter the comet's orbit around the sun.

Bai is seeking damages totalling $300 million -- the mission's cost -- for her "moral sufferings."
