I’ve been reading an article that talks about the “snowflakes”. Then I decided to post it and ask what do you think it?

I love this site! It has great wallpaper pictures.

The FAQ also answered a question I have wondered about for years, but have never seen discussed anywhere - if there are millions of different ways for snowflake crystals to grow, why are they so symmetrical? How does the "right" side "know" what the "left" side looks like, so that it can make a mirror image of it?

Once you accept the idea of design, it kind of takes the real magic out of the wonder. Inspiring.
