Não sei se chega à diferença na visão de mundo de democrata e conservador.

Mas claramente explica a diferença de pensamento em política externa entre democratas e republicanos.

Gostei do final em que ele fala que essas ações diplomáticas menores não servem para dar manchetes ao jornais, claramente cutucando a FOX e a mídia sensacionalista, mas que mesmo assim as ações são importantes para o avanço contínuo.
