Esse é o título de um ótimo programa cético que passa todas as segundas ás 22:00 no canal FX, 71 da SKY. Nele, dois magicos que já trabalhavam com Randi apresentam um programa que mete o pau nas pseudo-ciências e crendices populares. E é muito engraçado também.

Vale a pena assistir, já xingaram do Green Peace aos criacionistas.

Eu pretendia criar um tópico sobre o tema mas encontrei este aqui, então vou aproveitá-lo.

Eu topei com informações sobre este programa e baixei alguns episódios no emule. Acabei viciando no programa, até porque não é tão formal, e os caras xingam pra c****lho. Altamente recomendado!

Este episódio foi o melhor até agora porque falou de algo que nem eu esperava.

Eu estou baixando todos os episódios e me divertindo muito. Simplismente vou no eMule e procuro pelo nome dos episódios.

Uma pena que só quem sabe inglês pode se divertir com isso.

Tem sobre a Madre Tereza e, basicamente, todos os outros falam de religião de uma forma ou de outra (circuncisão, prostituição, escoteiros, etc).

Na verdade nem sei bem se era de reciclagem, mas a idéia era de que se deveria consumir menos papel para salvar as árvores. A argumentação deles era que, as árvores para produção de papel são plantadas para isso, e não existiriam se não fosse a demanda de papel, então o consumo de papel na verdade é que cria florestas, não destrói.

MAS com um aumento ainda maior da demanda as florestas para matéria prima do papel não correriam o risco de ter que avançar para áreas de floresta nativa?

Mais ou menos. Empresas também não gostam de levar multas, portanto plantam mais do que precisam, e depois analisam se precisam plantar mais. Não é algo difícil de se fazer.
