Well, nothing explicit, but its songs do convey a feeling of oppression and despair.

Duplipensar.net is a site caring almost everything about 1984, and others Orwell's works too. It's really interesting, having already a Newspeak dictionary of Workers' Party... lol.

But, about the book... I love it, as well Brave New World (Huxley's masterpiece, I recommend this too). Dystopies make we think about the world... and ways to run away from "dark futures".
