Bem, eu não sei que estatística foi essa, e há várias delas, com variados resultados, mas de modo geral, todas mostram ser uma minoria de mulheres que apreciam.

Não que não possa ter mudado a situação de lá para cá, ainda mais com essa popularização em função da "virgindade" nos anos Bush. Mas enquanto a maior parte dos defensores homens continuar na linha de "faça o que eu digo, não faça o que eu faço", será difícil acreditar que uma grande das mulheres realmente apreciam a prática por prazer direto mesmo, em vez de mimo/concessão.
Ainda tem o fator hoax. Há algum tempo circundava na internet uma declaração falsa de uma atriz (Anne Hathaway) dizendo como adorava sexo anal e como fazia se sentir feminina, mas provavelmente era só parte da campanha de popularização para tentar fazer com que as mulheres aceitem mais.
