There are lot of old people in Korea who never been met other race in person include white, black, and other asians. There was not much of foreigners in Korea when they are young. Even in 70s there was a TV campaign that tells "don't follow foreigners" (kids are follow foreigners whole day for curiosity). So I guess she is not racist, just surprised first time to see other race in front of her face. If you guys judge that as an racism, then you're also a racist.
